This document establishes the legally binding contract between you ("User") and Muralia Marketplace S.A.P.I. de C.V. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you expressly and voluntarily accept all of these Terms.

Muralia is the owner and operator of the digital platform accessible at muralia.art (the "Platform"), including its integrated support chat system. By sending messages or file attachments through that chat, the User agrees that their messages will be stored in Muralia's database for support and traceability purposes; conversations are kept indefinitely and may be deleted upon request at info@muralia.art. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Muralia.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
Legal Capacity
You declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts: if you are an individual, to be over 18 years of age; if you represent a legal entity, to have sufficient authority to bind it. Muralia may request proof of identity or representation at any time.
